1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services, programs, products, and digital content provided by The Digital Doula.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

The Digital Doula provides:

• CRM setup and automation services

• Sales pipeline and system builds

• AI-powered lead qualification systems

• Educational content and training programs

• Community access and group support

• Done-for-you infrastructure builds

All services are designed to support business operations, not to guarantee specific financial results.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have the authority to enter into a binding agreement

• You are using our services for lawful business purposes

4. Payments & Pricing

4.1 General Terms

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required before access to services or program delivery begins.

4.2 Program-Specific Terms

System Generator ($997 + $197/month)

• One-time payment due at purchase (or payment plan if selected)

• Membership begins after the initial free period (first 3 months)

• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled

Foundation, Core, and Full Architecture Builds

• Pricing ranges from $3,500 to $30,000 depending on scope

• Payment structure is confirmed during the strategy call

• Work begins only after initial payment is received

4.3 Late or Failed Payments

Failure to complete payment may result in:

• suspension of access

• delayed delivery

• termination of services

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and custom-built systems:

5.1 System Generator

All sales are final and non-refundable once purchase is completed.

5.2 Done-For-You Builds

Payments for Foundation, Core, and Full Architecture builds are non-refundable once work has begun.

5.3 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of The Digital Doula.

6. Service Delivery

6.1 Timelines

We aim to deliver services within the stated timelines:

• System Generator: within 7 days of quiz completion

• Foundation Build: approximately 30 days

• Core Build: approximately 60 days

• Full Architecture: approximately 90 days

Delays may occur if required information is not provided by the client.

6.2 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information

• complete required onboarding steps (e.g., intake quiz)

• respond to communication in a timely manner

Failure to do so may delay delivery.

7. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• specific revenue outcomes

• lead volume

• conversion rates

• business growth results

Results depend on multiple factors including your offer, market, and implementation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, materials, and documentation provided by The Digital Doula remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for your business.

You may not:

• resell or redistribute materials

• copy or reproduce systems for commercial resale

• share access with unauthorized parties

9. System Ownership & Use

Upon completion of services:

• You own access to your CRM and systems built within your account

• You are responsible for ongoing management and usage

However:

• proprietary frameworks and methodologies remain owned by The Digital Doula

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party tools such as:

• GoHighLevel

• ManyChat

• email platforms

• AI tools

We are not responsible for:

• outages

• platform limitations

• third-party pricing changes

11. Support & Communication

Support is provided according to the service tier:

• System Generator: community + group calls

• Foundation Build: limited post-handoff support (2 weeks)

• Core & Full Architecture: structured support during build phases

We do not provide unlimited or ongoing support unless specified.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Digital Doula shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages

• loss of revenue or business opportunities

• system misuse or misconfiguration after handoff

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access if:

• these Terms are violated

• abusive or inappropriate behavior occurs

• payments are not completed

14. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal information without consent, except as required for service delivery.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
